OPEX MODEL

In this model we bring to you a solution that requires Zero Investment from your end and life-long Hassle-Free maintenance.

Industry Major AMPLUS SOLAR (One of India’s largest distributed solar company promoted by PETRONAS Group, Malaysia) would be the Investor, who would also be driving end-to-end delivery which includes Designing, Procurement, Construction, and Operation & Maintenance.

How this model works:

  • Customer signs a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with our Investor with option of buyback at any point in time during the contract period at a pre agreed price.
  • Our Investor will invests 100% of the capital required for the project.
  • Our Investor will provide hassle-free maintenance of the plant throughout the PPA Term.
  • Customer gets Guaranteed Savings from Day 1 as solar tariff is lower than grid tariff.
  • Plant is handed over at INR 1 customer post agreement period.
